This place takes good care of their customers. Darryl is a straight shooter, brutally honest at times but a really good guy. Darryl is the most honest person I have ever met, he has never made bad news pretty to save my feelings, I know this could rub some people badly but think of it this way, straight honesty is a good thing. Darryl has great pride in his business and business relationships. If you want hand holding, sugar coating and pacification then don't go to FSK, if you want truth, fact and quality work worth your money then look no farther. Darryl has worked on several vehicles for me and NEVER have I ever had a problem with them. This is not faked, forged or paid for. I am a real customer sharing real experiences.

This business is the best body shop I have ever gone to. If you ask about Darryl's techniques vs other methods he explains it without bias. When my car was written off Darryl was straight forward about it. Darryl is as fast at fixing as car as the shipping and insurance companies allow. My current car is at his shop after an unfortunate accident and I have ZERO doubts that when I get it back it will be as good as new. Darryl goes out of his way to deliver OUTSTANDING customer service and I truly appreciate him and his team.

I have been using this company to repair my vehicles since 2014 my old car (2013 Dodge Journey) was repaired on two separate occasions and each time came out looking perfect. Customer service was good, and i found the owner very responsive to me. F.S.K was quick and made the insurance part of things painless for me. My new car (2018 Santa Fe XL) is in now. There is not a doubt in my mind that my car will come out repaired as if it came from the dealership new as always. My mom and dad have had their cars get fixed by this company lots of times and they are always happy with the service. The owner is a really nice guy and always makes my parents cars look nice after bad accidents or bad people causing damage. My mom and dad always tell people to use this place for car body needs. When I have my own car I will take my car to this place too if it ever gets wrecked.
