Today I ordered from Ottawa a Christmas arrangement for a 93 year old mother, she got them rolled up in paper no vase with tips on them. Now this old person has dementia but still slowly gets around which I told them, and I was desapointed that they could not listen to my ask, these weren't flowers for a date it was a Christmas present. 2stars is all that they will get as I ordered flowers all my life and had better service.

Ordered a flowers just last week for my partner as a surprise. The flowers arrived on time and adored. My girl really loves it so much. Over the moon. Thank you so much.

La livraison des fleurs s'est effectuée le jour même de la commande par téléphone. J'ai fait confiance à l'équipe qui a monté un jardin de plantes et de fleurs sur mesure. Merci beaucoup à l'équipe pour la livraison après les heures normales d'ouverture et ce, malgré la pluie. La personne a qui les fleurs ont été livrée était ravie!!!!
