Best service I have ever received! Laurence was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process. I have never had a representative do such a good job and provide such thorough explanations! Overall the service was very quick, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend going to this H & R to have Laurence do your tax return!

I processed my tax return in h&r block summerland, and they keep saying that i am not eligible for gst.. i said why they said that is just im not eligible.. so i call the cra and they told me that im eligible.. so i process on my own so ican get a gst.. its a shame that they are the that supposed to help people on filling tax return and gst, yet they are the one who dont know.. how to assist properly.. and p.s may tax return takes.. 7months before i finally get it.. what a poor service...

I paid 100 for my tax return. I was told I would receive X back. Before the return was over that number was halved due to imput errors on their end. Waited over a month and received a letter from CRA saying they don't have all the information for the return. HR block, to their credit did fax off this information before I called. In the end I've had to pay to CRA. Wish I had be informed of that during my visit

Worse tax refund ever, they are not knowledgeable in the process, and so many walk out, and so expensive, my friend pay 64 dollar only for his tax refund and gst refund, in kelowna, and it takes only for 10mins, what i experienced, in this h&r block summerland, i process my documents at friday, and go back on monday, and they say go back again on tuesday, why i take so much time, compare to other, and i paid 200dollar for the tax refund only, not including gst refund, and they said that iam not eligible , for the gst, but my friend is eligible, and we are the same, almost on everything, so.. i decided to cancel it, and go to other, office, but they declined.. this is the worse office ever...

Great staff, they are very helpful! They are always trying to get you the best return, and they aren't afraid to go above and beyond. I really can't say better things about this little office, truly a gem in the community!
