Frankly bad !!! Not only have we ALWAYS not received the 2 reimbursements from my spouse (federal and provincial), they tell us that it must * be a problem at the level of revenue Quebec and the revenue agency of Canada and that it is up to US 'call! In addition to the fact that we had to pay $ 240 for our 2 taxes (my spouse and I), they give us the job of following up with the government after ... What do we pay them for in the end? To fill out our paperwork on a program and that's it? Really dissatisfied.

For me, it makes 6 years that I do my taxes at H & R Block. Always been satisfied and the service has always been professional.

Refund made on the wrong account, we had however bring our sample checks! Unable to call us to confirm. It was the first and last time I do my taxes there.
