Very high fees for service. fees are separated in a lot of different bills to make it difficult to track. Results with errors costed us penalty. Found another accountant that cost 1/3 of the price for a PME that gives better service.
I mostly do business with Monique when I call. She's great. She takes care of my business tax. Every time I have a question, she answers! Awesome customer service guys. Continue the great work.
