Usually this fabulous store rocks! Unfortunately, not on the morning of December 12, 2018. I had received an email that morning, stating that I would get a free $10 gift card if i purchased a $50 gift card, so my eldest daughter and I drove the 30 minutes from Sooke to Langford in order to cash in on this great deal. However, the sales girl that dealt with us obviously did not want to be there that day, as she was extremely lackluster, bordering on rude, when we were done browsing and went up to pay for our purchases and to get our gift cards. I purchased my $50 gift card, and my daughter purchased her $30 gift card, and at no time did the sales girl offer me the free $10 gift card with my $50 gift card purchase. As a regular customer who has been coming here to shop on a regular basis for the past 3 years, and brings her entire family here to shop for school clothes, I find this shopping experience horrendous and greatly unfulfilling. I am stunned that regular customers are being treated like this by employees that I have never seen before. Usually we have an amazing shopping experience in this store. Usually the staff are super friendly and helpful, going that extra mile to make our experience an extravagant one. Not on December 12, 2018. I wish that I could have given that $50 gift card to my partner as a gift with the extra $10 gift card as well. $60 is always better than $50, am I right?! My advice to other shoppers is to be wary when shopping at this store from now on. I know my whole family will be!

Ladies in the store were pleasant. One of them was super pleasant and helpful. She assessed me and brought me jeans to try on. She was right on the money! She was on hand to give very honest feedback as I tried on each pair. This was the experience of every customer in the store at the time. No push from her to make a purchase. It was clear that she enjoys what she does. The store has jeans for a broad variety of body shapes. True jeans heaven!
