Had a horrible experience trying to order flowers for boyfriends parent's anniversary with Bloomex, they were never delivered and wouldnt even offer me a refund. I was rushing to look for somewhere that would deliver flowers to Peachland at very short notice and i came across Carl's Flowers. I called her very upset and she first of all, gave me advice on what to do to get my money back with the credit card company AND she worked within my budget to create a bouquet and a box of chocolates which the lady on the phone said she would personally deliver even though all of the delivery people had gone out for the day. Amazing service, recommend using this flower boutique to anyone in the area! Very easy to order over the phone as well!

They had prepared the flowers for my mom’s funeral in Summerland on January 2020. Obviously it has been a busy time for us but I have to say thank you… the flowers were stunning. Absolutely loved them. Gorgeous arrangments, and fantastic service.
