I have had 12 funerals in my life and I am 45 years old. Never have I seen a deceased being stripped of his jewelry in front of everyone. Seriously, this is really inhuman. In addition, there was a boil water advisory in the city. The living room made us pay for the bottles of water ... really at the price you charge, aren't you able to give us water? Really disappointed
