I have had Tom clean my carpets on a few occasions. He is hard working and was genuinely excited to show the dirt that came out of my carpet! He called me back and showed up on time....maybe the other review was a difficult time?

I have contacted Tom on 4 different occasions in a span of 6 months. All 4 occasions I was told he would call back to set up appt and he never called back. I phoned once to remind him that he never called me back and he sounded annoyed and once again told me he’d call me back Monday, once again no phone call. This business is totally unprofessional and unreliable.
