Summerland Library | ORL Branch

Love my local library branch in Summerland, it's my favourite place in town. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist in any queries I might have. The new, pandemic method of operation is efficient. In the future, it will be nice to be able to get back into the building and peruse the stacks🙂

The library staff are always very friendly and will take the time to assist you in getting reference materials for your projects. New library is very well set up for all user groups with work stations and rooms to use for presentations/meetings. Summerland is lucky to have this resource.

I love the ORL! Because it is a regional library, there are so many copies of popular books available that you don't have to wait too long to read a best seller. The Summerland branch is a beautiful library with lots of great activities going on for both adults and children. I visit there at least once a week.

I love the Okanagan Regional library system for all of the resources that I have access to and the size of the collection since all of these branches are in one system. The new library is beautiful and inviting with lots of bright natural light. I have some disabled friends so now that it's at ground level, they can easily get in. I find the staff always friendly and helpful. Great selection and what they don't have they'll find.
