I just had the experience of a lifetime. I was looking for a 9.2 channel receiver, and couldn't find one at Best Buy (no stock). I didn't have high hopes. I walked into Visions and (WOW) Matt Unrau acknowledged me from three isles over. Be right there to help you find what your looking for. I knew I was going to drop $2000.00 so (ya) I needed some help. Right from the get go Matt was engaging, he wanted to know about my current system and future ideas about my home entertainment plans and what I was needing out of the experience. After I explained that I had a 7.2 system for the past 10 years, the size of space I was upgrading and the fact that I wanted to feel immersed in the sound, Matt walked me through my options. I felt understood and respected with my ideas, and he taught me a thing or two about home theater and how to set it up. The process was easy and I felt like he wanted to help me figure out what was best for me. I don't write reviews usually, but if your looking for service, quality, price and honest help, you owe it to yourself to check these guys out. I feel great by supporting a Canadian business and I got all my stuff today. No online waiting or damage. Thank you. The wife's gonna love this.

Just wanted to say this was a great experience. My partner and I were in there last night getting me a sound system for my vehicle and I just want to say the customer service and help was great. A huge thank you to Lance especially for it being his first day and getting us the best deal possible for the bundle and along with Matt you did the same thing to. Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend going to those 2 , super friendly and super helpful. 😊

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a 75”Samsung Frame TV from Visions recently. It was our third or fourth purchase from the store manager, Lucky Singh, and based on how smoothly the interaction went - I felt compelled to write a Google review. We truly can’t say enough great things about Lucky or the overall purchasing experience at Visions. Every time I deal with them I really get the feeling that they have my best interests at heart. Not only are they actively working to get me the right product for the right application, they also do a wonderful job educating you as a client in a way that makes you feel more empowered as a consumer. There is no doubt in my mind that when I deal with Lucky and Visions I am getting the best possible price on that item and that gives me a lot of comfort when it comes to large purchases. Though price is obviously an important part of the equation - what I value more is the personal approach Lucky takes with his clients; it’s like dealing with family, and to me, that is the holy grail. If like me, you value price and service, would highly recommend contacting Lucky and his team at Visions Millstream for the best possible combination of both.

Great customer service from the store manager, Lucky. Lucky was very informative and was great with picking the best TV for me for my budget. Lucky went above and beyond as I could not fit the TV in my car, so he came on his own time after store hours to help drop the tv off at my apartment and get it inside. Super happy with my experience here!

One star merely for one individuals great customer service. Had a car audio install here, took 3 weeks to install. After receiving my vehicle I noticed the steering wheel controls weren't working (which I had paid for). When I brought this to visions attention they simply said that they didn't have a part in stock and that they would call me when it came in stock to re-book another install/fix. So now my time from payment to install is over a month. Also, visions were totally content with letting me leave without notifying me of the missing part. Who knows what would've happened had I not brought it to their attention.
