The new mode for going to sympathize with the loved ones of the deceased is not human enough and too sanitized. What makes the experience unpleasant. We enter. An employee gives us instructions. We sit down. We must advance on the macaroons on the ground which are 2 meters apart and close to the deceased. If the person in front delays moving forward, it delays the whole convoy. Not to mention that the relatives of the deceased located in the corner are more than 3 meters from the convoy. The experience would have been much better to have plexiglass near and divided by each relative of the deceased as it is done in any trade. In this way, we can get closer to people while respecting the rules of public health. If changes are not made up, people will prefer to rent a room elsewhere and have more flexibility by respecting the rules.

Welcoming, respectful place, excellent service, who takes the time to answer questions. Above all they are human. If you want a place that will actually do the last wishes of the deceased, this is the place for you. They have their hearts in the right place.
