Hello This account did not finish her job I paid her 100 and 5 dollars and my 2016 taxes were not sent causing me a lot of greif now. I have to Wait 15 to 25 weeks for my 2016 taxes. I tried calling but she won't return calls. Also she looked at me in the face to face and said she sent them . I paid money and got a terrible service. Thank you Mrs Scott ..what did I do to you...nothing.

We have been dealing with Ms. Mélanie Avon for several years. Good service, answers our questions also outside the tax period. We found tax credits that alone covered a few years of his services for our renovations, credits that we would never have found ourselves. Thank you.
