This is the worst shopping experience. The sofa looks good but the quality is very bad. When I put the sofa in my living room, it smells so werid. I opened the cover of pillows, the foam was as the following picture. I was trying to contact the store, but the reply was negative and I really doubt if they can provide the quality certificate. For your health, don't shop here. Almost one week passes, but the odor is still so strong.

Terrible after sales service. It is missing pieces and does not offer a service to help you. No delivery to change a sofa they delivered with pieces missing, you have to manage to return the old sofa yourself and bring the new one !! Terrible!

Very poor after-sales service, its said delivery everywhere in Quebec ... they are not even able to send the correction of their delivery error (4 small wooden chair legs) by mail (which I even offered to myself to pay)
