I went to do my taxes and the woman who took care of me was really nice but barely spoke any english or french.. I took an appointment 2 days before in person for 2 oclock and when i showed up they told me my appointment was at 1 oclock i still had the card with me saying it was in fact a 2.
We did my taxes and it took a good 2 and a half hour which is ridiculously time consuming.
Poor service but the lady was still smiling and nice.
Very nice people, Terrible service. I had to come back twice because system wasent working, and again because he forgot to give me back documents. This guy was very lost and confused the hole time. Very Expensive for poor service. Never again.

I took the trouble to make an appointment by internet in French the day before. I arrive and the lady with whom I have an appointment is busy with her boss. I ask to be served in French, but I am still handed over to a lady who does not speak a word of French. She wants to translate with her phone ????? They are very nice, but it's a joke. I don't come to buy bread I come to do my taxes. I felt humiliated and left. I will never go back there. I will do my taxes myself.
