I would have given zero starts if I could. Worst service ever. They got all my documents early June and they were supposed to do my taxes in two weeks. They never did my taxes. After calling them several times, leavings them voice messages and emailing them, I finally got a hold of someone two moths after I submitted my documents. It was a hassle to make them stay in the office for an hour so I could go and get my documents. Two moths passed by and I am at square one: looking for someone to do my taxes! Save your self the hassle and do not go with H&R Block. They block your taxes!

The worst attention I have had in my life, the lady at the reception was very rude and derogatory. I do not know what I recommend to anyone.

I do NOT even put 1 star to the service received this year at the Pierrefonds branch, on boul. Des Sources, I got used (not the choice, it was the ONLY person at the branch) and she does not understand or speak 1 word in French and that it ME the customer who must use "google translation" just to tell him to make my statement lol ....... I'll let you guess that obviously she was not able to explain anything to me about my declations and if i have any returns ect .. .... I pay Dear my statement for this lousy service .... after 5 years of fidelity at H & R Block me and all my family 😑 H & R Block lost a family of 23 members for the Quality of its employees so Service. In Quebec, to speak French is an obligation, especially when one speaks about "Service" paying PS: Since 5 years that I pay my statement by deducting them from my returns, this year I had to pay with my pockets because I could not explain it to him in English ☹

Poor service. We make you wait for 20 minutes before taking your file in hand. It's 70% more expensive than the average. The person in charge of my file offered me a discount and even asked me how much I was ready to pay, but she did not want to give me a discount at the end. However, the staff are courteous and polite. Personally, I will go elsewhere to see if I am not badly taken.
