Excellent lounge, nice people, polite and we'll managed.
I had the most awkward experience.
i checked in the lounge with my pregnant daughter as they started boarding our plane since we didn't have time to eat there we took a sandwich with butter to eat on the plane
the girl at the counter ran after us down the stairs and took away the bread from my daughter's hand claiming it is against the rules
We told her that she is pregnant and has no time to sit and eat it there she grabbed it away
This was the most disgusting thing ever.
Reception Daniel Boyer was very helpful and kind, helping me to get my watch back from security screen area.
This felt like a domestic lounge, except with less service and few food choices. Staff on the front desk were not friendly and did not smile. I was not allowed to bring in a guest for 15 minutes before they boarded without paying the $30 entry fee for them - didn’t bother. I get this may be Air Canada lounge policy, but as a business class traveller, I’ve never experienced this issue anywhere else in the world. This lounge is more comfortable and quiet than waiting at the gate, but not worth paying for.
Love the courtesy off the atenden. They help you with your flight as well.
