Great experience. I asked for a specific flower, the owner mentioned it looked a little old and suggested something better.. We then some about a few small subjects in which he gave me really good information. Super nice person. They also sell these chocolates which are to die for. Great job. I'm glad I went.

we live in Europe and requested for a flower arrangement for a family memorial service. The bouquet is absolutely beautiful. Delivered on time, good service and communication and i hereby recommend the Dorval Florist to everybody. Worth 5+ stars

Horrible experience. I had paid for a premium big size floral arrangement with roses and lilies but apparently they ran out of roses so they used daisies instead and still charged me for the premium arrangement. The floral arrangement which was sent didn’t look anything like the one displayed online. It is extremely deceiving.

The arrangement I got was tiny. Every bouquet a saw online for 130 was massive. I got this really small arrangement and half the flowers were still closed. Loads of baby breathe very little actual flowers. I’m super disappointed. I should have just ordered online and paid u.s funds and gotten a better arrangement. Shame.

Love love love everything about this place, the flowers, the service, the prices. My husband always buys my flowers from here. Gorgeous everytime.
