it is a scam, i received an empty box. i had ordered a card , flowers in a vase, truffle chocolates and a teddy bear
I’ve ordered off Bloomex on multiple occasions. Regardless of where my loved ones are, they deliver everywhere which makes it easier for me. Flowers and packaging are beautiful every time, I typically go with the deluxe package as it’s an easy add on! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a special something to put a smile on a loved ones face!
I ordered on line for delivery to Edmonton, the prices of arrangements for Christmas were superior to other sites I looked at. I was able to order and still get same day delivery service for a very reasonable fee!

I'd give a 0 if possible. Very unsatisfied. Delivery was to a place of business as a surprise. It was delivered at 530pm on a Friday evening, well after most people have left for the weekend. So my order just sat somewhere unknown for 2 whole days. Customer service chooses not to acknowledge they're at fault. Don't waste your time or money here. Bring your business elsewhere.
So great to be able to order quality treats online when I live so far away (New Zealand) from my family in Canada. The ordering process was easy and fast for a non techy such as myself ... so very much appreciated. Wish I could get one of your gift baskets sent to me in NZ!! They look beautiful!
