Was very excited to have a new sofa bed. The person, John, assisting me gave me the expectation my couch would arrive between 4-6 weeks. Maximum of 6 weeks. It has been 7 weeks and had I not called they would not have followed up to let me know that it would take anywhere between 7-8 weeks. As they had also mentioned they received calls from other customers with the same issue ... Understanding COVID-19 is affecting us all. John should have set me up for success and let me know that things could be delayed due to COVID-19. Instead, I have received no follow up, no couch, and not great service with no shot at any compensation (like delivery, or partial refund for the delay and unrealistic expectations). Where during COVID-19 my roommate and I are both sleeping on the floor due to not being told realistic dates OR being informed that there was going to be a delay. Although with this review, Dave has been able to assist me and create a better customer experience.

The team at Whistler Furniture Co follow up their sales with great service. In the unlikely situation where something might go wrong with a product, you can rest assured the team will deal with it.

I got a mattress and a queen box spring, plus a couple of sheets. the mattress overall is great (and it was delivered only minutes later which was even better), but when installing the sheets, I noted they were for twin, and not queen size. I can't return them because I already opened the package (i have never had problems returning anything before in Canada) so the return policy is not great, which is a bummer because I spent well over $1,000. I know it was kind of my bad, because I chose the wrong sheets, but the guy that was selling didn't seem to care either (although probably he didn't catch it as well).

Very happy with our bunk bed, trundle and mattress purchase. The guys were all very helpful and patient as I figured out what I wanted over the course of a few weeks. They delivered it and put it together ahead of schedule and it looks and works great! Highly recommend!
