This company badly needs to keep their information updated. I dropped off an item and was told it would be ready on this day at 4.30pm....the staff person even verbally said 'ready Friday at 4.30' I went to pick it up at 4.30 and there was a sign on the door saying they now close at 3pm!! I realize Covid has caused things to be not normal, but it takes mere minutes to update online info and to have staff give out accurate info. I do not live close to their location so I was not pleased.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. I took two wedding dresses to them the week of my wedding, neither needed much just a little steam. My grandmothers dress was completely ruined due to two LARGE snags in it. The other was a brand new dress that I just needed the wrinkles out of and the ones that were put in were far worse then it had been when I dropped it off. When I went back to ask for a refund or a complimentary service I was offered a dismal discount on a next service that would hardly cover the tax. Paid over $156 to end up behind where I started. I suggest you drive elsewhere if you need any services, if you value your cloths.

Just raised their prices. What a joke. $33 dollars to have a suit dry cleaned and $17.50 for a single blazer. I hope you go under. Last time i will be in

Worst service ever.. ruined my shirt with a huge torn and would not give me my money back and screamed and yelled when I asked. Will never ever go back horrible bussiness owning skills
