Tomas and his team were very professional, quick on communication, on-time, flexible to accommodate us last minute and did a great job. Tomas responded to us over email even after hours. Having just taken possession of our townhome, he was able to fit the job in last minute at the end of Oct so that we could enjoy the new place knowing all the carpets and sofas were professionally cleaned. The crew showed up, carefully moved all the furniture around as needed and placed plastic leg covers on all the wooden furniture to ensure they don't absorb the moisture from the cleaning. We will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to our friends & neighbours.
The team at BlackBear is fantastic - I highly recommend! They have fantastic communication & their service is stellar. I have hired them multiple times to come to my home & have never been disappointed. I trust them with my home (Our biggest investment) & know that I can reach out if there are any issues - but happily there haven’t been! We have elderly pets & teens in the home & I am very appreciative of their hard work to help me keep my carpets & furniture clean. Highly recommend. They were referred by a neighbour who has used them a number of times so we arranged with Tomas to do the cleaning when we’d be away. Great communication and follow-up. Pleased with the cleaning and glad to see stains removed that had been there for years.
