Forbes Pharmacy Millstream

I can only speak of my own experiences coming to Forbes Millstream, which have always been pleasant and considerate. Sue in particular has always ensured I feel supported and listened to with any questions I may have. Perhaps the negative reviews are from days where the pharmacists and staff have had a particularly taxing day (as anyone in customer service can understand). I would very much recommend this pharmacy:)

Every time I go to this specific pharmacy I regret going there. It’s amazing how you have people who love to help and others who just don’t love their job. The manager/pharmacist there unbelievably dislikes her job, I have given this place so many chances and never got a good vibe. You ask a question it’s always the same answer with an attitude of “ it’s common sense, use your brain “ No we didn’t study medicine therefore we would need to ask you confusing questions to us even though it’s common sense to you... You should be happy that you are in a position to help people daily, use it to your advantage rather than mistreating people. I hope everyone who reads this stick up for themselves and give honest and true feedback if you ever feel like you have been treated wrong!

I had been coming here for a couple years but after a very poor interaction I will no longer be utilizing this pharmacy. It's discouraging to see such unpleasant people in health care roles, the people working here have no compassion or patience for their clients.

Susan and Jennifer are both very unpleasant. I would not suggest anyone looking for care to come here.
