I placed an order yesterday morning on their website. I wanted the flowers to be delivered at a precise time during the day. I wrote them a note and specifically asked them to contact ME if this could not be done. They contacted the person I was sending the flowers to instead! Why bother asking us to write a note if it is not to be read?

Order of flowers for a birthday never delivered. I even called to make sure the flowers would be delivered and was assured they would be and the delivery guy was on the way. Extremely disappointing considering the surprise was ruined. Having known that she would never receive them, I would have brought her myself. No communication from the company. Very poor service for the price paid. I do not recommend.

Delivery man driving madly between Charlesbourg and Lac Beauport on November 6, 2020 at around 2:45 p.m. A real fool.
