I went there on a Thursday afternoon, their flower fridge was not very full! There were 7 different flower varieties and that's it! Then they say they sell tea, but in reality they only have one kind and it is not even in a bag you have to buy the whole machine to make tea! Also, with the few flower choices they had, if I had come for a white and green bouquet valued at $ 60 I would have walked away empty-handed, as there did not have enough white flowers for me. make this bouquet! Very disappointing in addition the clerk who worked were really not pleasant ...

Superb shop, flowers, jewelry, tea, gift ideas, but service, absent ... The person who was present during my purchase didn't seem to want to be there ... she seemed sorry to have customers. I wondered if it was the owner ... Buying flowers is often associated with a special occasion. Too bad this person does not have the passion to support and advise the client.

Space is very busy as there is a lot of cargo and the items are a bit expensive. But everything there is for sale is magnificent. The last time I visited the store, it smelled like Subway because it's in the same building. It's a shame since Botanica sells flowers; it will be great if the store smells of the freshness of the flowers it sells! The atmosphere in the store is great; zen and relaxed. It's the perfect place to find a host and hostess gift, or a little thought for the birthday of a woman in your life. Botanica also has a small tea area that is purchased by weight.

Very bad service! In this COVID context, my spouse is going to buy a flower arrangement for a death. The clerk (who does not wear a mask), asks her to step back because she does not want to have to put on a mask !!!! Very arrogant and poor customer service.

I wanted to stop buying flowers 3 minutes before the shop closed at 5:30 pm and the girl told me it was too late and she would not have time to prepare a bouquet. Obviously, she was eager to consecrate her camp. I hope it was not the owner. So I left empty-handed. It does not give a taste to return.
