Horrible service ,they are all confused and expensive,when I went in I asked how much do you guys charge,she said I don't know, so it's my fault I went for it anyway, to find out $96.00 for a very simple filing ,only had a T4 ,that's it. They added on my wife ,without my consent,reason she has her own business and does her taxes separately, a total cluster ....! Rip off ,never again! Receptionist all confused..while we were waiting, they were looking for someone's paperwork, which apparently they had lost......
Rob Dickison is the best. Highly skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. Best tax experience ever!
This is only a satellite office. Not open year round but is affiliated with the main Campbell River office if you need anything in off season( September- January closed) The main office would be happy to help in any way possible and the staff is excellent
Horrible service , the older lady was unprofessional..Was told one thing on the phone an went in an she instantly starts telling me "no I needed to pay the balance" Which I was told over the phone that my tax return could be used to the balance owing since It was a small amount as i was told before I came there was a special procedure that could be done to take it off my return, upon saying this she said no then she started giving me attitude an pulled a hissy fit pulling my papers from the binder an giving me dirty looks an told me to go else where to do my taxes , so I called her out on her attitude an said maybe you should be a little more professional in front of clients an walked out as she took it upon herself to chase me outside an proceeds to continue giving me attitude totally unacceptable and will also be contacting the head office... never will deal with this location again
