First time there, the distancing safety measures in place are fantastic. The staff is happy and friendly. We can't wait to go back!
I love Velocity. I recently went there during happy hour, and what a deal. It is best if you go with at least 4 people, up to 6, but any more than that it seems to get a little crowded.
It is a fun atmosphere and definitely great for everyone.
Amazing customer service!!! We went with 13 members of our family, ages 4 to retired and everyone had a great time 🙂 It was our son's birthday and the staff allowed us to bring a cake which they stored in their fridge for us while we played. They were so accommodating with the kids too and made sure we had plenty of clubs the right sizes for everyone. Food and drinks were great too! The games were lots of fun and nice that you could change up which one you wanted to play at any point. They also handed out sunglasses for anyone that wanted a pair 🙂 I'll have to say the only downside was we went in the late afternoon on a very hot day, so it was super hot in the sunshine and there wasn't a lot of shade with the angle of the sun coming into the bays. No fault of the staff or facility, but just something to think about when booking a day/time. They did have fans at each bay to provide some relief though! Overall, I was blown away by the amazing customer service and the games were lots of fun for everyone!
