Wonderful, family-friendly, family-run sugar cabin run by a very kind family who provide home-cooked delights and make you feel at home. Worth the trip!
Delicious meals of a high quality. I have been lucky enough to eat at Bistr'eau d'érable every year since the opening and I never tan. I recommend without hesitation !!

Not good and very expensive.
While touring the area we wanted to enjoy the season for a meal and visit a sugar shack. We initially were only 2 and the owners still kindly hosting us. We were finally 4 but just for that already bravo. Then the site, the meal and the visit were perfect. The meal in 5 services plentiful and very good quality. The visit of making syrup was very interesting and informative great!
Finally we ended the traditional maple taffy on snow!
