The owner John, took an unfortunate situation of a curtain panel shrinking under the care of his company and turned it completely around! Not only did he pay two home visits to my Mother’s to inspect the shrinkage but he took the panel back not once but twice to work on stretching the fabric back out! In the end the curtain was about 90% back to its original condition. John’s effort, humour and amazing customer service will not be forgotten and we appreciate how he handled the situation throughout. White Hat stands behind their work and John is a class act.
Brought in a couple of old sleeping bags to be washed. They told me they could do them but also I could safely do at home if careful. Really nice to get that kind of advice. Much appreciated!
Had our king size duvet dry cleaned. It was ready when the friendly staff said it would be. The price was good too.
I brought in two jackets that had been in a yacht fire and were heavily damaged by smoke. I couldn't believe it when I picked them up, they were completely clean and looked as good as before the fire. So happy with the results.
We took my husband's suit to be cleaned before our son's wedding and he mentioned some broken buttons. When he picked it up, all the buttons had been replaced! Thank you for excellent service.
