Brought our van in to have an ICBC claim taken care of. Booked a time that worked for us. Unfortunately parts were delayed, which is not their fault and not unexpected with all the shipping delays due to covid19. Staff kept us in the loop and rebooked with us. They also ensured the car rental booking was updated, and had it ready when we dropped the van off. Quick turn around and they did a great job. They even did a touch up that was out of the original scope of work. Definitely recommend this shop.

I thought all was good but I had to take wipers and windshield outer panel off because the window washer plumbing was not replaced after the windshield was replaced
