Pizza Hut

That was the worst pizza ever! Hardly and ham with the pineapple. Very oily, did not sit well in stomach.

Won’t order again. After waiting over an hour, called asking for ETA, to which I was told another 25 minutes. I asked to cancel and was given a difficult time over a refund and put on hold three times to “figure it out with the manager”. I live no more than a km away from the shop so didn’t seem justified... Cancelled and didn’t even get the pizzaGoing elsewhere for my dinner I guess lol. Bad customer service.

Horrible store, place a order then went and waited on the street cause my address is tricky. Half a hour after the order should have arrived I called the place and they said the driver showed up and called me several times then left. I had my phone and service the whole time, was texting a friend the whole time. Blatant lie to cover there incompetence.

Worst pizza hut ever so disappointed they are my local!! Orders are always wrong they take no responsibility for it.. when you call and complain they say they give you a credit the next time you order no one remembers it!!! Absolutely horrible..3 years now and getting worse!
