Was very impressed with my last visit to Chapters. I was looking for Christmas gifts for a couple of people that have very picky taste in books. The worker was super helpful in suggesting book that may be to their taste. The only thing that they could improve on is the line leading to check out. There were people standing randomly all over the place. No one was sure about who was next in line. Actually sort of funny but could be done better.
Love this place, there's always quick help from the workers too
I like books so I do enjoy being surrounded with books.
Absolutely amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly everytime. If they don't have something in stock they can order it for you.
