We had MacKenzie Electrical install a new Mitsubishi HeT Pump Outstanding work and product. Their installation and cleanup was impeccable. I would highly recommend them. I chose them on the recommendation of a friend.

I called about having a new digital thermostat installed in early spring and was asked to send a picture of the one to be replaced. Never was called back. Last week, I contacted them again about the same issue as well as getting a quote on having a surge protecter installed. I was told they would be by to give me a quote the next day when he was on his way back from Baddeck. Never showed up or called. I called them back the next day and was given a apology for him not showing up and was told he would be out later the same day. Never showed up again and never called. I would have appreciated them saying from the start that they either can't do the job or don't want to do the job. Would have not wasted my time calling and waiting for them.

Fast efficient and clean , had a heat pump installed and a few other things done with great friendly staff , my go to now for all my electrical needs
