My precise rating would be 4¾ stars but im okay with 5. Randall listens and does what you ask. The work is excellent quality. But, his best best feature is the fact that he shows up when he says he will every time and he notifies you in a timely way when he needs to reschedule. You're never going to have to sit around wondering when or if he's going to arrive. What a concept! One thing though. You have to be very specific about the placement of new outlets, fixtures etcetera as he doesn't read minds and doesn't ask before he comits. Having said that, I would not hesitate to use him again and again.
