Terrible experience. We were told that we will be given a call within 48 hours after assessing our documents, but a week passed and when I called to ask the status, the lady on phone very rudely said that they cannot find my file/ documents. When i went to collect my documents back, they couldn’t find them and didn’t even start the assessment. Won’t suggest this office. Past experience with H&R (different location) was great though.

Did my tax for 2018, the agent wanted to rush because it was his last appointment. He forgot to convert my foreign income to Canadian Dollars and failed to provide an immigration date so now I have my tax reassessed which is a real pain. Maybe there are better agents at this branch but I didn't get one.

We went there to file taxes recently but the experience was not good at all. Won't recommend this office to anyone. The receptionist was not welcoming. We had submitted our files there and waiting for them to call us about our files. They didn't call and hence we called them to ask for our documents back they said they cannot find our documents. When we went there in person to collect our documents, they were unable to find it and they were asking again and again if we were sure if we submitted the documents at that office only and nowhere else. I mean how can we forget the place where we submitted our documents? After getting back the documents, we realized that we have one document missing. Called them again to ask for it and some lady answered the call that they will call back but she never took the number to call back and cut the phone before i i ffinished talking V.rude and unpleasant experience

This location offered me guidance over the phone with no expectation to commit to anything. I did not even feel rushed and was able to get all my questions answered. I will definitely be bringing my taxes here.
