Real Canadian Superstore

Its a well run grocery store. Nothing more, nothing less

Dear lord is it often crowded in here. I guess that's too be expected being in the mall and arguably the best place to grocery shop in the area.

This is my favorite store that's why I like living close to superstore.

The people are very nice that work there and the line ups go fast

At the checkout line, if you do not have a big shopping cart, the staff would direct you to the "Express"checkout booths at the end, which are *much* slower than the regular lines. The "Express" booths are so poorly designed and lack desk space that it takes a long time for customers to collect and pack their goods into their own shopping bags and go. And of coz the staff member directing traffic at the checkout line isn't paid to observe what's happening and to make improvement suggestions to management. Just pathetic from one of Canada's largest grocery chains. And I'd advise against using their shopping baskets. Their straps cannot be cleaned or disinfected, and their staff didn't try.
