Really rude customer service. Don't shop there if you have a choice. Maybe not all the staff is so nasty...

Delicious pineapple bbq pork buns, can't wait to try their other goods

At first I was so excited that there was a new bakery that sells cheaper items. Then I realized it was The Boss brand. My heart dropped. They're infamous for having extremely overpriced items. The price was really good! Until I found why. The quality isn't very good and someone even said they found eggshells in their pastry! When I cut the pastry, I was shocked to find out that 90% was just bread. The filling was only 10% of the whole pastry. Now I know why it's so cheap here. They rip you off! The worst part is that all the staff here have attitude. As in BAD attitude. They are extremely rude and don't even have comment courtesy. I miss the bakery that was here before. It's a shame they're one of the bakeries around.

Overpriced buns that have little filling and dry tasting bread. Expected a lot better considering it is a specialized bakery. I also tried to ask for a 3 small buns to be split into its own bag and I was told it was be an extra charge. Like I would pay more for your overpriced buns ! Highly prefer Kam Do buns.

I liked only some of buns. I agree with other reviews about the bad service. I dont expect a nice service at bakery, but why would i have a bad service either?
