Minus Cake Boutique

Visited this place with my wife on labour day. Nice little shop with cute interior decoration. Service was good. We were a bit confused to see the menu but the staff was explained to us very patiently. Friendly space to hang out with friends and family. Price is reasonable since can enjoy bubble tea and cake at the same time. After tasting the combo we both enjoyed their preset combination. Very unique, creative and aesthetic cup design. The peach cake is my favourite one and they sold out around 3pm today, I'm glad to got it. I even ate too fast before I realized to take a picture! Rum cake can taste real rum flavour inside. They hide some raisin inside the cake to bring out the whole texture. Drinks used simple ingredients but very refreshing. I saw they were washing and cut fruits for preparation. I love to see business to use fresh ingredients to highlight their standard in food industry. Very pleasing experience for afternoon snack, will definitely go back again with our children to try their other products!

Got the Vanilla Strawberry Shortcake & Strawberry Fresh Milk Combo. It was very aesthetically appealing. But the taste and quality of the cake did not match the price at all, and the drink was just passable. I did not end up finishing the cake. However, the interior design of the store was really cute. The place also took precautions against the current situation quite well in terms of safety and social distancing. It could have gotten at least 2 or 3 stars. The reason why I had to give a 1-star rating though was because of the in-store promotion. I was asked to post a 5-star review on Google to get a free drink for my next visit even before I got to try the cakes or drinks. To me, it was very inauthentic, and this could inflate the overall rating that does not reflect people's actual opinions about the place.

I tried the strawberry combo and it was decent. It is quite expensive but unique to try. The cake was good but the strawberry milk to me wasn’t really worth the combo. I’ll try something else from them in the future like the cakes. The aesthetics are also really nice in there for a quick photo to share.

Have ordered birthday cake from them twice, and loved the look and loved the taste. Also enjoyed their dessert cup + drink combo. Very neat!

Absolutely delightful and delicious! They are the main reason me and my friends get surprised and excited for our birthdays 🎂 ( interesting everything 🧐 ). They have a variety of exceptional and tasteful cake and drinks, the more I tried, the more I attached with them 😍. Place is gorgeous with leather seats, service is professional even if in the peak line up time. Highly recommended 👏🏻
