The staff are in such good spirits. I called to check if happy hour was still offered, Mia said yes and was quite cute in the way she suggested to come see for myself. So we came. Service from Chloe was top notch. Pointing us to what she could see we were interested and guiding away from what we were not. It was the first time the husband and l ventured out for dinner, so glad we did.

*Edit at the bottom* I don't normally go to earls, I used to work at the branch in Richmond. But we went here for a work event, and I was really quite impressed. I don't know if all earls menus are the same, but this one had a "Plant Based" section! I got a delicious imitation Tuna roll made with marinated tomato, and avocado super toast. I believe both of those are vegan, probably not the sauce on top of the roll though. Earls is always super compensating, if you want to have certain things added or removed from any dish they will cater to you to the best of their abilities. *EDIT* So it has indeed been 2 year since I've been to this branch, and it seems they haven't lowered their standards at all. Through some missing link of communication, my order didn't go through when I called in, and had to re-order at the door. I was facing time restrictions, class was resuming soon and I only had 20 more minutes ; they rushed my order, had it within ten minutes of re-ordering, and the manager (Christian or Kristian) said, "this one is on us, thank you so much for your patience". I never *ask* for free food, even when I do have issues... I can't help but feel looked after!🥰 I will certainly recommend this branch to anyone close, and I will be returning 😁

Love this restaurant and location!! Best food and service!! Our server was Rachel and she went above and beyond and was very attentive and made great food recommendations. I love everything we ordered! We were a party of 5 and she was patient and took care of all our needs. A gentleman named Barsam was also looking after us. Really professional, friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this location.

Food was so tasty. I took a risk and tried Lobster and Prawn Eggs Benny on the happy hour brunch menu. First taste that hit my tongue was butter. Then the prawn and lobster and then the smooth taste of soft poached egg mixed with the muffin. Brilliant! Thanks Earl's.

This location of Earls is out of this world. I love everything from wings to burgers to pastas. The best is the new double cheese burger & fries. Their service is out of this world from Manager Furnadose, assistant manager Kelly, server Anthoney is a real sweet heart. Very friendly,so curtious, so respectful, honest, quick to help, véry passionate. Mom & I had gone in to have a light bite to eat, but once he had an idea that in 3 day we would be celebrating my 54th birthday. He went out of his to serve me a birthday desert with lots ice cream,'wipping cream, a nice mint leaf & the hottest sticky toffee pudding that just took my breath away.
