Great time for the second year In a row for the McMaster Children's Christmas party. Very well out together and great times for the kids!!

Overall clean and well maintained facility. The staff is friendly although can be understaffed during evening hours. The gym times post on the app can be inconsistent at times, so make sure to call beforehand if you're going for a specific sport in sports hall.

Rehab has been a breeze. The specialist and physiotherapists have extensive experience and reassure you along the way. Couldn't be happier to continue to make progress with their help

Excellent doctors

I usually go here because Im a student at McMaster university and in giving it three stars because it's a rather small gym for a rather large campus. There's a pop up gym, with extra room incase the other is full, but still wish it were bigger. Otherwise it's quite good it has all the equipment you'd need and the staff are helpful.
