During these covid times I can only be happy with the way things were conducted. The boys hadn't played hockey in so long. It was great treat for them! Each boy had to come dressed and were given stations in which they could put on their skates. The woman running the arena came out to have the boys come in. We didn't get to go inside to watch or anything but we were happy for them, even if they were only doing drills. We felt very safe. They took care of us quite well

I cannot get a hold of anyone at this facility either by phone or email. I have sent multiple emails and called several times. Most workers phone voicemails are full so that you cannot leave a message. I have tried to register my son by sending an email with his registration and no reply from anyone. Come on people, I understand that it is difficult times with covid but at least companies like canlan get back to you. I guess I’ll just deal with them from now on!!

Rink was one of the dirtiest around pre covid and it is dirtier now during the pandemic, no sign of the rink being cleaned at all.

We are trying to get money back for ice rental purchased pre-covid. StoneRidge's Kim McDonald refusing to refund. Not a league or training, just rentals - need our funds back in our pockets for own families. All voicemail boxes are full - very frustrated group here..
