What a wonderful venue. The staff we interacted was very nice. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. Entry and access to the building and seats is quite wonderful. Easy entry from any side and gradual ramps to the main level. Truly a wonderfully designed facility. Parking is a bit lacking directly at the venue but this is compensated by many many well and closely located parking within minutes. Food prices seemed a bit pricier but it's expected at events like this.

Nice venue to visit. Took grandchildren to see Disney on ice. Nice and clean. Concession prices are ridiculously overpriced. This is Hamilton not downtown Toronto. No disrespect to Hamilton...its s nice city. The staff at the Centre are friendly and helpful. The food concession staff need to be better trained and knowledgeable about what they are serving. I do understand that most of them are kids working part time...but the management need to better train them.
