Sporting Life is good if you go to the actual store. Knowledgeable staff for sure. Online store is disaster. Same goes for customer service. You are likely to buy an item that only exist virtually. They don't know if they still have it in stock or not. Call wait time close to an hour, email response in like 10 days. Do your homework, read the reviews first!

Spacious store and good selection. See Raymond!!! He's very knowledgeable about clothing ie what's on sale, what's new, what's coming soon, what's trendy, etc... I described my son's tastes and Raymond recommended an Adidas hoodie.... totally nailed it. Brought it home and gave it to my son who was thrilled. This has never happened before. Very much above and beyond!

Horrible experience. Had my executive assistant purchase a parka online for in store pickup for my wife's birthday. We were told that it would be ready at the service counter. Was not. Staff seemed poorly trained and wanted to give me detailed explanations of how their systems worked, rather than fix the problem. Based on this experience, I would recommend shopping elsewhere until Owners / Managers receive training in customer service. Shame, because it is close to my home and I would have done a lot of Christmas shopping there. Glad that as a consumer I have choice as to where I spend my dollars.

Huge store with a variety of "actual" outdoor clothing and "sporty lifestyle" fashion. There is as much practical and reasonably priced stuff, as there are luxury brands that may seem overpriced for the average "sports" store. I find the brand selection to be top notch, with many brands not usually found in other local stores. Very good sales, very good online selection. There is definitely a lot more selection on the website. With a 60 day return policy, it's really no risk to order. In person customer service has been good, staff are attentive when you have questions, and will leave you alone to casually browse as well.

This store embodies everything i dislike about modern sport lifestyle stores. It has a tiny amount of equipment so they can still call themselves a sporting goods store. The vast majority of the store is just sporting/outdoor lifestyle clothing, meaning not even the clothing you would want if you were actually doing those activities but clothing you'd wear to give off the impression that you are active. They get 2 stars because at least they do an ok job of the lifestyle part however little it appeals to me
