Just visited the Burnaby store and was told that we needed an appointment. It does not say this on the web for the Burnaby store - just the Vancouver one. We were greeted with a very officious woman at the door, who was insistent that that there was a notice posted on the web that visits were by appointment only. She did not offer us an alternative time to come back from North Vancouver and there appeared not to be one customer in the store. We had been recommended this store by our contractor for a bathroom renovation and were very excited to see what tiles they had to offer. We came away empty-handed and disappointed.

Came in here to get some pricing on tile, unfortunately the staff member helping me had no clue what tiles were porcelain, and what ones were ceramic in their showroom
