The consul and staff of the office are super nice and willing go extra mile to help my father who has terminal cancer. Thank you guys

Disappointed of attention. I felt like I was in a public office in Panama. With an online application to travel with minors in which you have to lie in some of the data because it does not allow you to continue the application. Even more annoying secretary "Michelle" goes in a rough way but she thinks that her intention is only to help "Sure after the scolding and more". I have never had a complaint from the secretaries who have worked here, but this needs a kind of attention to the client and recording to see how it is directed towards the public. You need a sugestion mailbox for those who can not access a pc.
