Hudson's Bay

I like it, is a local store and I like the staff.

Had great service from the bay staff. Biggest complaint I think that I hear re: the bay is normally it's very hard to find staff to ask questions. Though right now with fewer people it wasn't so hard. Everyone here was in the holiday spirit and good mood. Some smaller things...always find it a bit of a nuisance that items sometimes don't have price tags or that if you want to scan the price, half the self scanners are off or broken. The kitchen area and appliances section is smaller compared to other bay's , so I was a bit surprised. Otherwise overall a pretty standard setup.

I lost my wallet so I lost everything including my the bay reward card then I went to The Bay Metrotown and Neil helped me with it. He tried to call office centre even though nobody picked up the phone but I could tell Neil really tried to help me out. Neil is kind and helpful. The Bay needs more people like Neil to work as customers services. Customer service is a key of successful business.

Lots of good stuff on sale. Line up takes ages though.
