Everyone has been absolutely amazing at PCRM my husband and I are beyond grateful. Dr. John Havelock goes above and beyond, everything is timed perfectly and the nurses are "always" there for you. PCRM made my dream come true! I have been trying to conceive for 10 years and it finally happened. A big thanks they gave me the gift to conceive. I want the world to know how blessed and thankful I am. I wouldn't be a "mother" I am today without the Drs and nurses at PCRM. Now my little "darling" just turned 3 months the other day.

Had a great experience with PCRM so far. Our doctor is Jeff Roberts and he always treated us professionally and with our best interest in mind. It's true that he is not a super warm and fuzzy type of doctor but I don't think that's what matters. He was straightforward with us, answered all our questions, ordered a bunch of tests to make sure his diagnosis was accurate. He wasn't pushing us to do anything we didn't want, he wasn't trying to upsell any of the expensive services offered by the clinic. Even with our treatment he started with lower dose and increased it gradually until it was working properly, he didn't want to put us on a high hormone dose from the start which I appreciated. Finally the nurses at the clinic are all great as well. My questions were always answered the same day I called them and with great patience and sympathy. I will be back to this clinic later on as well!

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Dunne, however had experiences with most of the physicians during out fertility journey. All of the doctors were friendly and professional. Dr. Dunne explained all of our treatment options throughly and never pressured us into anything. While her knowledge and professionalism were great, her care, compassion, and friendly morning chats are why I will always recommend PCRM. Staff from PCRM were also friendly and continued to follow up with me after my son was born.

We will forever be grateful to Dr Dunne and the team at PCRM for the effort they put into helping us have our daughter. It was a challenging 2 years with many bumps in the road, but the clinic supported through each step and reassured us that we could keep going.

I was referred to PCRM when I started my journey trying to conceive in 2017. Other than a few nice nurses that work there, I don't have much good to say about this clinic and now that I'm no longer a client I feel safe to express my concerns so that others can learn from my experience and hopefully choose somewhere else. Here is a run down of some of the problems I encountered: the one female doctor has a horrible bedside manner and was openly derogatory about my journey to conceive as a single mother by choice (SMBC) using donor sperm. As a successful professional and business owner with a PhD, I have never been made to feel 'less than' as I did when speaking with this doctor. Further to this, as a SMBC, I encountered paperwork issues because I don't have a spouse. The message seemed to consistently be that I shouldn't be having a child without one. I also encountered significant hidden fees regarding paperwork transfer, test costs, etc. Additionally, throughout their documents they use strictly heteronormative language. Though I'm not part of the LGBTQ community it was glaringly obvious and uncomfortable even to me. The 'kicker' for me though is that they either have a clear lack of understanding of the lifespan of frozen gametes when performing IUIs or they willfully ignore evidence-based information that governs standard protocol followed by other clinics across the country, which led to months of wasted time and thousands of wasted dollars, all of which went into their pockets for very little work. My take away from over a year with this clinic is that it's all about the money.
