SO UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL, SO RUDE TOO, I AM SORRY TO HAVE SUCH AN ORGANIZATION LIKE THAT, DEALING WITH PUBLIC THIS WAY, I WISH I HAD A CHANCE TO GIVE THEM ZERO STAR.

I'm a HCP and its always a pleasure working with this group (in contrast to ICBC who are no help at all and in fact, downright rude). Whenever I have questions about my cases they are friendly, prompt, and offer great advice which is why I love taking on WCB cases. The case managers are very helpful as well! Thank you guys for your help.

WorkSafeBC has many unconstitutional laws to limit their payout. They are the government, so they can make up their own laws however they want towards their benefit. Welcome to Canada! To report any injury, the law in Canada allows TWO YEARS time limit! But to report any injury to WorkSafeBC and to claim for benefits, their law ONLY allows ONE YEAR window! This law is unconstitutional because when dealing with the public, everyone should follow the same law; government is NO exception according to the Charter.

Another useless organization shoved down the throats of business owners. Constantly being harassed by them . The government who gave them power to harass and intimidate should be arrested

You need to do your part when working with them but they are there to help you
