This store is terrible.Being a truck driver and trying just to get a coffee..Impossible unless you go through drive thru..Make me really wonder why I bother delivering food and diapers for there family in a time like this risking my life and of my family's..And can't even get a hot coffee.....

35min drive through for 1 coffee and 2 bagels... At the window, we noticed that despite the long delay, they had not even started the bagels yet so we had to wait another 3 or 4 min while they made them.... That would explain such a long delay. Not going back.

I visited with my family to pick up a roadside lunch. The food is standard Tim Hortons which never changes between franchises, however the customer service is deplorable. I ordered three breakfast meals and a bran muffin. Upon receiving an incomplete order we were told "vous pouvez partir votre commande est complete" (you can leave your order is complete). Of which was missing the bran muffin, I kindly informed the rude woman that the muffin was missing, and asked for some ketchup and mayo. To which the woman shoves the bagged muffin onto the counter and says no. Apparently when one orders a meal we need to pay extra for these condiments. This is unacceptable and the employees demeanor is incredibly rude. I would go to the other Tim Hortons in Lachute to avoid this negative environment.
