Awesome pillows but lousy after sales service.
I bought a washable pillow and it split as soon as I washed it ie after 2 weeks of use. Too bad but not the end of the world if I am replaced. I made tons of calls, emailed and my calls weren't returned. When I end up talking to someone it's like it's my first time calling. I was asked for all my information. The penultimate time I was told they put my pillow in the mail but I had to run after them for at least another month before I spoke to them and they were still asking me if they had my bill and the bill. photo of the breakage. It is very very disappointing. Finally after a saga of almost 5 months, I have just received a new pillow. No message in the box telling me that they were sorry .... We agree that the price we pay for these pillows we would expect more.

Better mattresses and in addition the pillows were free 😀
Best mattress of all brands, very nice company with high-end manufacturing. I recommend their products 100%.
